Dodavahu reminds many of the funk groovy alt-rock of DighayZoose, Jane’s Addiction, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Primus vein. I can see a little why as they remind me of Elder & a few others from the early 90s alt rock daze. Their stuff can be hard to find , but appears a band member added some to his SoundCloud page. Look for Larry Larraga. They are also on a hard to find compilation from Dwarf Records called Sam which I have been looking for years. Check em out.

Nice find from the indie archives!
I thought of the compilation “Sam” when I saw this week’s post, Timo. I have the whole compilation, if you send me your email address, I can send it to you. I still enjoy the entire compilation! There are several good underground bands from the 90’s mid-atlantic music scene (where I grew up) I actually bought the comp CD at a music festival in the late 90’s called PurpleDoor. It was put on in Lancaster, PA. I still remember seeing Ghoti Hook in their prime at this festival, one of the best shows i have ever been to!
