Ascending King, the spirit-filled blackened doom metal band has released his debut lyric video for his EP, Funeral of a Species. The project began back in 2015, formed by Aaron “Ruah” Kirby. Ruah signed to Nosral Recordings earlier this year. The video is for the track “Moon of the Dead”. The track premiered on HM Magazine today! Nosral Recordings: New Bands, New Music
Nosral Recordings, the label of Mike “Sebat” Larson (Frost Like Ashes), has announced the signing of several new bands to their up and coming label. The first act is known simply as Enemy of Satan a project based out of Indonesia. It’s run all by Daniel Madha. The second is better known. Nuclear Blaze is yet another project formed by the legendary Fire, also known as Jarek Pozarycki, founder of Elgibbor, Fire Throne and a fellow member of Frost Like Ashes. Send The Advocate Drummer Departs From Band
Sadly, Send The Advocate has announced some sad news. On September 11, the band announced that original Drummer Damian Hyde has departed from the band. It was stated he departed due to difference in direction and so that he could focus more on his other project Perceive//Persist. Glenn Rogers returns to Deliverance
Deliverance is one of the biggest and oldest metal bands of this scene. With a new album on the way, of course the band would be doing an interview. Doug Van Pelt has revived Heaven’s Metal Magazine and recently interviewed Jimmy Brown II of the band. MyChildren MyBride Releases "Thorns", Announce New Album "Vicious World"
MyChildren MyBride released “Thorns” today and announced their fourth new album, Vicious World. The band’s been working hard at it for the last three years, after losing Guitarist Cory Johnson (ex-Sleeping Giant, ex-xDeathstarx, ex-Impending Doom), Bassist Nelson Flores (ex-The Great Commision, ex-Sovereign Strength) and Drummer Mathis Arnell (The Plot in You). Death Requisite Working on New Music
Death Requisite, symphonic death metal band from Florida, are working on some new material. Dave Blackmore, the band’s leader and founder, posted a video on their Facebook, discussing new material and merch. Vision of God Records have a new band on the ever growing roster. The band goes by the name Prayer, not to be confused with the band Orationem, which means prayer in Latin. Prayer is a metal/hardcore band from Brazil. The band formed in June 1999, and have been at it ever since. In 2002, they released a demo, in 2006, an EP called Show Me the Way, and an album in 2009 titled Anatomy of Reality. The progressive melodic death metal djent band, (longest genre explanation ever), Bloodline Severed has teased some new things. The band is working on new material. Unfortunately, after the release of their previous album, Process of Progression in April, the band apparently went through some lineup changes. Founding member John Snyder have left the band.
