Rawsrvnt just released a video for “Get Away,” an introspective song that focuses on being discontent with one’s immediate surroundings. The press release reads: The lyrics to “Get Away” find the singer (who is currently in the process of a divorce) speaking directly to his former spouse, his heavenly father, and himself. We’re a little behind on this news, but around a month ago, Norma Jean released a B-side from the Polar Similar album called “Children of the Dead”. Zahna has quickly become a favorite of mine. Her debut album, “Red For War”, dropped last year and really exceeded my expectations. Hard hitting hard rock, smooth melodic vocals, powerful screams…it really impressed. “Your Gun, My Knife” was one of the tracks that stood out to me on my first few listens and today, the music video for that song was released. Gold, Frankincense, and Myrrh are primed to release a new EP this Spring and we’ve already been given a taste  from their first single, “On the Inside“, but just this past week, we were treated to another track from the EP titled “Give Me A Sign”. This new track maintains their heavy sound, and is really driving and aggressive. The screams you might expect to hear are absent, but it by no means detracts from the track, it’s really quite great.
