P.O.D. has just premiered their video for “Beautiful” off their recent album Murdered Love and are updating fans on their tour schedule. (New York, NY) – P.O.D. have premiered their new music video, “Beautiful,” exclusively on VEVO (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wquq4DTbC9E). This is the band’s fourth clip from their current album, Murdered Love (Razor & Tie) – iTunes Store HERE (https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/id528183204) The “Beautiful” single is also currently on sale for a limited-time for .69 cents on the iTunes store.
“Beautiful” was directed by Rich Ragsdale (The Sword, Lenny Kravitz) and co-directed by Brooks Jones (Norma Jean). The video was produced by Fallout Entertainment. “Beautiful” is climbing the radio charts where it is currently Top 20 at Active Rock and growing.
P.O.D. recently announced that they will be embarking on a co-headlining U.S. tour with Flyleaf. The tour kicks off on July 13th in Kenosha, WI and wraps on August 10th in San Diego, CA. P.O.D. is currently oversees playing shows in Switzerland, France, Germany and the UK. Early stand-outs include a well-received appearance at U.K.’s Download Festival June 16th along with a sold-out show in London with Hell Yeah on June 17th.
The band’s first single from Murdered Love, “Lost In Forever,” hit #1 at Active Rock Radio (#1 on BDS) marking the band’s first-ever number one single at the Active Rock format. Their second single “Higher” went Top 10 at Active Rock Radio.
Murdered Love sees the band reunited with long-time producer Howard Benson who also produced the band’s massive Satellite album alongside hit albums for Kelly Clarkson, Theory Of A Deadman, Daughtry, and My Chemical Romance. P.O.D. (Payable on Death) formed in 1992 has logged a remarkable array of achievements, including worldwide sales exceeding 10 million and a series of chart topping radio hits. With a 15-year career under their belts, P.O.D. has released seven studio albums, received three Grammy Award nominations, contributed to numerous motion picture soundtracks, and toured the world over many times. The band’s line-up consists of vocalist Sonny Sandoval, drummer Wuv Bernardo, guitarist Marcos Curiel, and bassist Traa Daniels.
