Parental Petulance is a punk band from Peoria, Illinois. My son & I were totally here when they made this video. It was a fun night with them & Must Build Jacuzzi & Bub Walker & the Tombstones (whom are supposed to be releasing their debut this year!). Also check out their song Disobedience.
