Jonathan Caro is a busy and hard working man. Not only does he have a full time job and family to attend to but he also somehow manages to find the time to record music for multiple projects like My Compatriots, Windowsill Audrey, B is Bridgie, and now his “solo” act “The Pacific Notebook“. Check out this lo-fi collection of dreamy pop songs perfect for the upcoming spring and summer months. Somehow visions of Brian Wilson immediately pop into my head while giving these a listen. This man has been in so many bands over the years that it would take a historian to accurately nail down all of his music involvements and the nice thing is that each one was unique enough to warrant constant listens. Stairwell, Bloodshed, Rainy Days, Slingshot David, The Moodswingers, Pilot Whale, My Compatriots, Windowsill Audrey, B is Bridgie, they’re all great! His new “solo” ep is available for just $5 on Bandcamp, consider helping him out and encourage Jonathan to continue doing what he loves.
