Disciple are pleased to announce they are doing something special for the 10th anniversary of their “Horseshoes & Handgrenades” album. Read below to hear about what they plan to do and who they are bringing along for this anniversary celebration.
Disciple to Stream Full Production Performance of Album Horseshoes & Handgrenades
Disciple is set to stream Horseshoes & Handgrenades: Anniversary X on November 21. The online concert will offer a full production performance of every track from Disciple’s pivotal album Horseshoes & Handgrenades, complete with appearances from all of the band members who worked on the album. With this event, Disciple is celebrating ten years since the Dove award-winning project was released.
The anniversary performance will come with a special twist: Disciple will be bringing back 2010 lineup members Micah Sannan, Andrew Welch, Israel Beachy and Trent Reiff to perform a few of the songs. That lineup, known to many as Disciple 2.0, will also be joining current members Kevin Young, Josiah Prince, and Joey West for a special VIP Q&A stream the night before the concert.
Ticket packages will be available at a variety of levels, from basic access to the main event livestream, to the special Anniversary X package that will include some special reprint Horseshoes & Handgrenades merchandise. All of the levels VIP and above will get access to seven exclusive Horseshoes & Handgrenades b-sides, which have not been available since the original album presale ten years ago. Admission at all levels includes a full audio and video download of the show. There will also be a special event t-shirt available, featuring the logo designed by Jarob Bramlett of Quiet Strength Design.
Over the weeks leading up to the livestream concert, Disciple will be sharing throwback memories of the Horseshoes & Handgrenades era and inviting fans to do the same. Tickets will be available via iTickets. You can learn more about the event at facebook.com/disciplerocks, instagram.com/disciplerocks, and
