Focused Gets The Vinyl Treatment

Focused are releasing six previously unheard gems from 1993 all remixed and remastered. It is called “At Eternity’s Gate” and will be released on Vinyl/CD by Steadfast Records on December 13th. Focused first made their mark here in So Cal as the very first hardcore band on Tooth & Nail Records (2nd band signed to the label). They dropped “Bow” the same year that T&N began and the rest is history. Lead vocalist Tim Mann famously coined the term “Spirit Filled Hardcore” in the 90’s and the bands who followed, adopted the same tagline, following close in their footsteps. The band began around 1990, broke up in 1996, reunited in 2000 for some shows and a 3 song “demo” then broke up again. The band would reunite one more time in 2009 for a live show. I’m hopeful we will get some more vinyl releases and maybe a live show or two? 30th anniversary show would be sweet!
