I’m going to take a moment and introduce you all to a new social community and hangout place called “Roster Music Club”. This new concept is explained in detail by the fine folks behind this endeavor, below. This is a unique experience and one I encourage our readers to look into.
At Roster Music Club (rostermusic.club ) We want to create a platform in this polarized world where people can connect with team humanity through the art of music.
To brothers Jared, Joey, and Jeremy, music isn’t just a hobby. It also delivers soundtracks of life, recalls seasons of the past like nothing else can, and does numbers on the human heart. They know they aren’t the only ones that feel this way. With 30 years invested deeply into the music (and indie music) scene, the three also worked hard on their music hobby (mail order CDs, anyone?) and are eager to translate these years not only into a fun and interactive music club for all members to contribute to, but also humbly offer themselves as resources of an endless supply of tunes, bands, and albums to get you turned on to. From that late 90s emo scene to underground and mainstream hip-hop, from black metal to the Christian indie scene, you’re covered for decades into the future.
Remember gathering with friends to hear that new CD together of your favorite band?
Roster Music Club is bringing back some of the community aspects of music that were lost with the increase of ear buds and the decrease of cassette, CDs, and records.
Roster Music Club will also be an inexpensive way for people to consume LIVE Music from their favorite artists in a more intimate feel than most LIVE concerts.
From music debates, “listening games and projects,” daily discussions, private and public podcast feeds, and curated playlists made just for you by some of your favorite artists and different music worlds for different genres, Roster Music Club is your one-stop online hub for music and connection.
