The 2017 remaster of the now classic mostly unheard gem from metalcore band, Josiah, is now available on most digital networks. The album titled “Verona” was mastered with care and attention to detail by Seth of Simpul Studio. It’s louder, thicker, and beefier than ever. Vocals are brought front and center and it just sounds smoother than the 2004 version. I released this album 14 years ago on Indie Vision Music shortly before the label arm shut down due to a lack of motivation and funding. Thankfully IVM has been going strong since 2000 while navigating the many bumps and bruises along the way. Now with IVM back officially as of fall of 2016, I am ready to kick into high gear with the unearthing of these classics and some NEW digital/physical releases to come throughout 2017. Stay tuned! Pick up Josiah “Verona” on iTunes/Amazon/Google Play/Bandcamp etc and stream on Apple Music, Spotify, and others, now!
Also available: Dismissed “Taking The Good With the Bad” (2017 Remaster), and Light The Way “Grace”.

Just discovered this band today, pre this post. Love it!
Awesome, man. Yeah not much a publicity push/promotion was done for this release back in the day. I didn’t have a “zine” site at the time just a webstore and label site. I had a few sites post about it but I was growing impatient and had a lack of motivation there towards the end of the label the first time I called it quits. I’m just happy that a new generation of heavy music fans can discover this great release and the remastering job makes it sounds even better!
