Anotha generic vid. At this point, i think bands shud just do lyric vids. Music vids r like movies nowadays: stale, no orig ideas+ crapy remakes.
As someone who’s loved this band long enough to have a Summer of Darkness tattoo, it used to drive me crazy that essentially every single one of their videos were just performance videos. I remember playing the magma parts of Metroid Prime in college with “My Throat Is An Open Grave” in the background, and imagining the volcanic possibilities. With that said, at this point, 17 years later, it’s fun to go through their videos and track how differently they all look now.
