The new update to Spotify is largely unwelcomed by the community. That being said, I think your addition of Singles playlists is a great idea. It’s nice to have something like that available to the community. Just wanted to remind you, though, you can downgrade to a previous Spotify version (and set the executable and the directory read-only so it won’t auto-update). This should make your playlisting and release list making a lot smoother. I actually found a way to revert to the old Spotify look without downgrading using Spicetify. The playlists were well received though so I’ve decided to continue testing them out and see which way works best.
Yeah, I find them helpful too. Singles playlists make a lot of sense, because it’s a hassle to click on each single separately.
If anyone is curious, that’s the same Merry Clayton who sings guest vocals on the Rolling Stones’ “Gimme Shelter.”
