Slick Shoes Release New Album, "Rotation & Frequency"

The punks in Slick Shoes made their triumphant return this past week with a new release on Tooth & Nail Records called “Rotation & Frequency”. Outstanding album. Almost dumbstruck by the technical mastery. Was expecting them to be a little rusty, but they’re somehow better musicians now than back when they were touring all the time.

Within the span of a year, Slick Shoes has managed to put out two of the best punk albums out there. The live album is one of the best live punk albums out there–the musicianship combined with the quality of recording is just a cut above the rest. Now, with Rotation and Frequency, Slick Shoes amazingly upped the ante and put out the best punk album of the year, period. This album is fantastic from start to finish. The best “punk”album in years. I literally like it more each time I play it. The passion in the playing, lyrics and music comes through. Slick Shoes knocked it out of the park on this one, Way to go guys.✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻

It is a great album! I’ve listened to it a few times now and I think it is my favorite by them. I would encourage everyone to check it out.
