After bursting onto the scene with TWO EPs this year, Sower has been quickly paving the way for biblically-literate rock. But with “Hollywood”, Sower sets the stage for a different direction. The track is still anchored in Scripture, but the text is applied to our particular moment of cultural chaos – and the ways professing Christians buy into the lies of our age. “Hollywood” is not shy to cover these sins by name, reminding believers of the ugliness and destruction which follows them.
