Those familiar with The Monarch already know what they bring to the table: Heaviness with some beautiful lush sounds reminiscent of calmness before a storm. Labeled as post-metal/ambient music, it just sounds like good sludge/doom metal to me with some beautiful moments intertwined. (I may have just shown my age there with that analogy lol.)
