War of Ages - Void
Two thousand and nineteen has proven to be quite the year. One day, a bunch of rowdy hooligans on Facebook are planning how best to invade Area 51, and the next, there's a War of Ages occurring on planet Djent. Void places an emphasis on groove, which is kicked into…

I wonder what my previous comment said that it was moderated? Weird.
The gist of it was, the band sounds more progressive here. Steve and Leroy are still here but having Jack (Hope For The Dying), Elisha and Kaleb (The Burial) has given the band a turn in a bit of a different direction it seems. 3/5 of the band are from technical, progressive death metal/metalcore bands.
Haha, I don’t moderate comments here. Blame dumb WordPress 😉 I’m glad you alerted me though because I haven’t checked the comment section of the dashboard in a while. I’ll go see where your comment is and why it got mysteriously held by the WordPress police 😂
I knew it was something automated because it had happened before. Now my comment appeared down below under Phil’s post. As you can see it’s clearly highly offensive! They must have figured this was a Christian/faith based sight and the word “progressive” was too scary for us.
If this is a taste of what’s to come, then I can’t wait for this album.
Cool, but i gues leroy is da only orig memba now?
Steve is still there.
I find it interesting that the band now has two members of The Burial and added to one from Hope For The Dying. Both are more technical, progressive death metal bands. That’s now 3/5 of the band. Definitely changing the sound on this single. It’s more progressive. I love those two bands but rather have them do what they do than have War of Ages melded together with them.
