Man, I really like what I’ve heard from these guys so far. There’s one thing that really sticks out though and that’s the amount of vocal processing on these tracks. It’s really distracting. I really wish the producer would have dialed back the pitch correction a little bit and let some of the rawness through.
My thoughts exactly. The writing is good, the music is good, the lyrics are decent enough- it’s good pop punk. But I can’t get past how much the producer screwed up the vocals. It’s just so obvious how precessed it is, and it’s very difficult to listen to.
