Introducing: Fleurie
You may not know who Fleurie is but there’s a good chance you’ve heard her voice before. The Nashville-based artist has had her music featured in a lot of TV and movies recently (The Shape of Water, Bones, and Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger to name a few). Switchfoot Takes Break from Hiatus to Write Song for Movie
I think we’re all beginning to wonder whether or not Switchfoot grasps the concept of a hiatus. The band announced their hiatus at the end of 2017 but that hasn’t stopped them from playing a few shows and teasing a metal version of their classic “Meant to Live”. Now they’ve taken a break from their hiatus to write a song for the upcoming movie Unbroken: Path to Redemption. Tommee Profitt Releases Cinematic Songs, Vol. 4
You might not recognize the name Tommee Profitt, but there’s a good chance you’ve heard a song he’s helped produced before. A frequent collaborator of rapper NF, Profitt has turned his attention towards making music for film and television in recent years. Cinematic Songs, Vol. 4 which was released this weekend is his fourth such album and features quite a few artists you might recognize like Sarah Reeves, Colton Dixon, Steven Malcolm, and others.
