Fleshkiller Announces New Vocalist

Fleshkiller has announced that they have a new vocalist. The band started last year as a supergroup with members Ole Børud (Extol, Schaliach) and Peter Dalbakk (Vardoger, Schaliach) started the project and later added on Drummer Andreas Skorpe Sjøen. On January 10, 2017, Børud went to Facebook with a video of good news and bad news. Dalbakk is no longer apart of the band, as he is busy with life, but the band announced his replacement. These are some bands that were sort of popular, but didn’t get very far. Hopefully this sheds some light to the underground SFHC Scene or more appropriately, SFMC Scene. 5. One Way/Raid Christian metalcore/hardcore One Way formed in… I don’t know when. The 80’s. The band did not have very much success or really any publications. Other than one in HM in 1991. Abated Mass of Flesh announce "Lacerated"

The slamming brutal death (UnDead) metal band, Abated Mass of Flesh has announced their sophomore album, Lacerated. The band formed in 2011 as a solo project of Zach Plunkett (Guitars). Zach later added his brother, Matthew Plunkett on Vocals, Logan Hayworth on Bass and Kade Dodson (ex-Tony Danza Tapdance Extravagaza) on Drums. Hayworth and Dodson quit the band and were replaced by Max Tubville (O Majestic Winter) and Riley Wingate, as well as Thomas Wingate on Rhythm Guitars. 7 Horns 7 Eyes Getting Back to Work

7 Horns 7 Eyes, the death metal band from Washington, has started to record again, after taking an unofficial hiatus. The band started in 2006 with two brothers, Aaron and Brandon Smith and their friend, Kyle Wood, whose brother, Ryan, joined the band and later Project 86. 7 Horns 7 Eyes started working on a new album after Ryan’s departure, with the lineup of the Smiths, Vocalist JJ Polachek, Guitarist Sean Alf, and, for this session, Unearth Drummer Nick Pierce. Your Chance to Die Sign to Dave Ellefson's EMP, New Album "Ex-Nihilo" Set to Be Released Early 2017, Plans to Tour

Melodic death metallers Your Chance to Die have recently joined Megadeth’s Dave Ellefson’s label, EMP Label Group and EMP Underground. The band has announced plans for the band’s fourth album, Ex-Nihilo and they will try to release the album in early 2017 and plan on touring on this record. Your Chance to Die started in 2007 with couple Missi (Vocals) and Coca Avila (Guitars) and Drummer Daniel Todd. Since then the band has had a revolving lineup with the Avilias staying on. Shadows of Paragon Writing Sophomore Album; Introduce New Member

Swedish Black Metal act Shadows of Paragon have announced they are working on their sophomore album. Shadows of Paragon formed in 2001 under the name Allsherjar until 2003, when they switched to Shadows of Paragon. Shadows of Paragon has released two EPs and their debut album, Through the Valley Within. The band, until recently, consisted of just Bassist Frederik Bergmann and Guitarists Linus Bergman and Zharlie Gustavsson. Shadows of Paragon recently added on new Drummer Arvid. Ex-Embodyment, The Famine Members Return with New Project

On July 13, 2016, the world heard from ex-Embodyment and The Famine member Andy Godwin. Since 2013, when Pyrithion went on hiatus, Godwin has not done a musical project. Godwin and former Famine touring guitarist, Jon Tooley formed a new Christian death metal project entitled Hope Deferred. The band released a three song demo for $3. Download it here. Continued →
