Yep, the list you’ve all been waiting for (not really) is finally here. Feel free to offer up some laughs and critical remarks for the music I listened to the most 20 years ago. I am excited to announce the release of a special NEW Indie Vision Music compilation titled “Punk Never Surrenders” due out in September. Indie Vision Music has launched a brand new webstore which you can view at the link. Lots of stuff on the way and being planned for this year. Everything (minus the tapes and Tshirts) will begin shipping June 30th. I have the DENS CDs now and will be getting CDs from Mainsail, American Arson, Light The Way, At The Wayside, and 2Minute Minor tapes in a few weeks. I also just got all the stickers and buttons. So I got the new At The Wayside album this afternoon and I am simply blown away with everything I was presented. From start to finish it’s a pure delight. In celebration of the upcoming release, IVM will be streaming 1 new song this Monday May 8th, 1 new song on May 15th, and a full album stream May 22nd! Punk Never Dies, no really it doesn’t. We are led to believe that the flavor of the month is heavy metalcore/djent/hardcore/etc. and we know every little “Christian” label is pushing that stuff. I do love a lot of those bands but my passion has always been on the punk rock side of things. I never understand why the punk purists were so slow to embrace the poppier side and how come no independent (or major) labels have signed bands like this in the past decade.… Continued →

I am proud to announce the next release from IVM and it is going to be a new 6 song ep from Nor Cal. Pop-Punk band, Light The Way. The 2017 remaster of the now classic mostly unheard gem from metalcore band, Josiah, is now available on most digital networks. The album titled “Verona” was mastered with care and attention to detail by Seth of Simpul Studio. It’s louder, thicker, and beefier than ever. Vocals are brought front and center and it just sounds smoother than the 2004 version. I have decided to have Dismissed “Taking the Good With the Bad” and Josiah “Verona” remastered by Seth at Simpul Studio. This Dismissed version will be a new remastered version of the original master. I will swap out the old “remastered” version on bandcamp and get this new version up on all digital networks in January. Josiah “Verona” will sound better and have vocals brought more out front.
