Looking back, I feel like 2024 was a fairly average year for music. This very special Fest will feature Officer Negative and No Innocent Victim with the following bands supporting: The Deal, Headnoise, Take, Richie The Barber, Absolved, Barriers, Destroy Nate Allen, GratitudeTX, Infirmities, XDoulosX, and Zippy Josh and The Rag Tag Band. Lightworker just dropped another new track that’s hot like the sun and fiery like the depths of…well a bowl of carolina reapers! It’s a really great sounding song with unrelenting passion and melodic singing parts that keep you entertained throughout the length of the track. They really do remind me a little of Howard led Killswitch Engage which is a good thing because Joe Calderon is an insanely talented lead vocalist and screamer. Chaotic, and heavy, this one man project known as “Pipe Bomb”, just dropped the explosive (no pun intended) debut many of us have been waiting for. The 6 song ep titled “Stomp” is out now on all digital networks and streaming sites. It’s tough to describe this project and it’s one of those things you just have to listen to and draw your own conclusions. It can’t be summarized into a nifty little “review” that as they are, can be quite subjective.
