ZAO is reissuing their classic mid 90’s debut “All Else Failed” with new mastering job and redone artwork, through Steadfast Records. Steadfast Records is owned and run by Matt Traxler who is a former member of Six Feet Deep, Brandtson, and a ton of other bands over the years. Raging metalcore act, DIRE has released their third single off of their upcoming EP, Depths. The track is called “Beyond Reach”. The track is brutal! The metalcore band The Worshiper joined the indie/alternative label Raging Storm Records. We are excited to bring you the brand new lyric video from Rottweiler Records act, XIII Minutes. The song is titled “Machaira” and can be purchased right here via bandcamp. I’ve been pleasantly surprised that “Machaira” has been as well received as it has. It’s a bit slower in tempo than what we’ve released to date. YES! Finally! Trenches, the sludge metalcore project of Jimmy Ryan (Haste the Day), has announced that the recording of their sophomore release, Reckoner, is back on track! Sadly, Send The Advocate has announced some sad news. On September 11, the band announced that original Drummer Damian Hyde has departed from the band. It was stated he departed due to difference in direction and so that he could focus more on his other project Perceive//Persist. Hyde will perform the shows the band has already lined up, which I was fortunate to see the most recent one with Earth Groans. Yep, the list you’ve all been waiting for (not really) is finally here. Feel free to offer up some laughs and critical remarks for the music I listened to the most 20 years ago. You’ll notice a heavy T&N presence and I just couldn’t help myself. There were a lot of albums and releases I found myself spinning back then and still getting plays today.
