I am dropping a big surprise on you all (accidentally). You can now download/stream "Fighting From The Ground Up Vol. 4" a few days early. I had full intentions to release this on Friday November 8th but due to some fumbling on my part, clicking wrong buttons then leaving the house to go run errands, the compilation went live and will remain that way!...
So there was a little oopsie over on our bandcamp this evening. It appears we accidentally launched the compilation several days early. I apologize to anyone that had the release date all scheduled and dialed in. There may be an additional track or two added before Friday so keep checking back and you can grab those individually. I want to thank everyone including the bands, labels, individuals who've all been so supportive of Indie Vision Music and this release. To listen/download just go to indievisionmusic.bandcamp.com or search it up in the bandcamp app under our name. Check out "Fighting From The Ground Up Vol. 4" now.
"I have no song in me. There is nothing in that I have to say that my brother can't say instead," feels like a fitting set of lyrics for Jacob Goins' newest collection of largely-instrumental song. Project mastermind Eric Tuffendsam describes the project as "biblical indie rock" and the emphasis here is two-fold: these aren't your musically-tame church songs, nor are they lyrically esoteric like many modern rock songs....
Denver folk collective Mercy Club, most known for their song about letting the intrusive thoughts win, has returned with a brand new single and video. "Too Late" takes on a conversational tone, at first tackling moments where it feels like life has passed you by and you've missed your chance at a job, a relationship, or a dream. On the flipside, frontman Darren Thornberry also notes that it's too…...
So word of a vinyl pressing of “Adventures of the OC Supertones” by The O.C. Supertones has just dropped and surprisingly, the record is already up for sale in the Tooth & Nail Records store. It is shipping NOW! Those sneaky little devils at UnoriginalVinyl ;). I am going to post my thoughts and reflection on that time below this post. If you’re on Instagram/Facebook, I’ll try to get it to share but if not, just come back to our website to read the full write up by me. Buy this Record right here or go to toothandnailrecords.store. You can also buy the Dogwood, Slick Shoes, and As Cities Burn limited Furnace Fest 2024 copies while supplies last! Pictures of the Vinyl, below.
