News that has been a long time coming and something I am over the moon excited about. The Omaha, Nebraska based indie/emo band Names Without Numbers, have indeed signed with Indie Vision Music. I will be working with the band to promote their new upcoming music including a special single that goes live on May 21st. REVIEW : Stavesacre - MCMXCV

First things first. Have you heard there’s a new Stavesacre album out? Yeah? I bet you’re wondering who played on it? This is the classic 5-member line-up: Mark Salomon – vocals Sam West – drums Dirk Lemmenes- Bass Ryan Dennee – guitar Jeff Bellew – guitar Besides the Against the Silence EP in 2009, this line-up hasn’t made a record together since Speakeasy. Of course, what most readers will be wondering is, “can they still bring it?” Does this album hit as hard as Speakeasy did?… Continued →

REVIEW : The Ongoing Concept - Places

“Originality, I give up” screams Dawson Scholz on “The Print.” After two years since their last album, all band members leaving except for him, The Ongoing Concept returns with new members (Andy Crateau – guitar, vocals; Cody Rhodes – drums; Ian Nelson – bass) and their third full-length. I have an unpopular opinion to confess: I didn’t like Handmade all that much. Sure, it was beyond impressive that the band made their own instruments, and songs like “Amends” and “Unwanted” are very catchy, but I don’t find myself returning to the majority of songs. … Continued →
